A place to come and have a relaxing cup of tea or coffee and read the paper or have a full breakfast or lunch.

If your a Vegan, Vegetation, Carnivore, on a Low Fat, Low Carbohydrate, Diabetic, Lactose intolerant, Caffeine free diet or just don't care any more we will try our best to serve you. 

We bake our Bagels, Breads and Pastries in our display bakery. Only the best ingredients are used, no preservatives ...  just fresh. Our Indian bread is Molasses sweet, dark brown and filled with grains or Deli Whole Wheat or Siebenfelder (7 fields of grains) - all 4 pound loaves .  Our fresh Apple Cinnamon rolls are .. made from whole wheat, honey, sliced apples and cinnamon. We serve fresh baked muffins, coffee cakes and scones each morning.  For lunch deserts,  we have a Chocolate Cheese cake,  Black berry pie, Carrot Cake, Low Carb (1gram!) slice Cheesecake, Ghirdelli brownies or an assortment of fresh scratch baked oatmeal chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin bars.

We bake over 28 varieties of Gourmet Bagels and blend 12 varieties of Gourmet Shmears. 

New this year Custom Omelets - pick your ingredients!

For Breakfast, beside bagels we have a Breakfast Bagel sandwich which will knock your slippers off ..... also a fine selection of Omelets such as a Northwestern Omelet which has our Alder Smoked Salmon, Roasted Red Peppers and Chive Shmear or our Greek Omelet with Spinach, Mushrooms and Feta Cheese. You can also have us wrap your omelet in a large flour tortilla, if you do not have the time to sit down. Try our Bagel'n'Gravy, a bagel of your choice sliced and smothered in a spicy Sausage gravy.

For Lunch we have a large selection of sandwiches;  Rubens, Lox 'n' Bagel, Chili Bagel Dog, Club, French Dip, Philly, Angus Mushroom Cheese Burger, Melts, Calazones, Pizzas and Paninis for a few more... 

New this year Custom Salads - pick your ingredients!

Crisp salads, now come in 32 oz and 12 oz sizes. Large list of Add-ons for our basic salads from Roasted Red Peppers, Hard boiled eggs to Mesquite smoked Chicken breast. Standard Meal Salads include: Alder Smoked Northwest Salmon, Sweet Bay Shrimp or Feta Spinach. All Salads include a slice of our fresh baked Foccicia bread & your choice of dressings.

Soups each day w/ Clam Chowder on Friday.

5 types of soups and a great Texas Chili daily. Our soups are made fresh, never frozen and contain no preservatives or MSG.

We smoke our own Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Salmon and Halibut in our kitchen smoker with our own proprietary rubs and woods.

For beverages we serve Tully's fine coffees and have a full espresso bar, you can order any coffee blend and we will brew it for you or you can help yourself to our pre-brewed Madison blends and Tully's decaf. And we also carry an assortment of Biscotti's, Chocolate grahams, Shortbreads and Chocolates from Seattle.

Our Fantastic Smoothies contain real fruit and we have a great selection, also we carry the Naked 100% juice line and a have a soda fountain for the kids.

Our tea section has the largest 'Loose Leaf  Tea' selection on the Olympic Peninsula. From Green teas, Oolongs to Black teas, blends and herbals.

'Uniquely Washington' section contains products from the state of Washington. We currently have 16 vendors that we purchase goods from.

We have a large wall map of Washington which shows where they are located.

We have a fine selection of thermal stainless steel coffee mugs, thermos, ceramic tea servers, cups and brewers. Also a selection of iron tea pots from China and Japan.
